All Accounts include: 300 Calls per minute of dedicated (unshared) outbound volume, Unlimited users, unlimited residents and visitors, unlimited lists, unlimited prepared messages, account set-up, custom web page for enrolments, online training and friendly online support for administrators.

Calls per minute: Pay only for the outbound call volume you need. Increase calls per minute by 60 for each additional phone line. 6 - 10 lines $20 per month per line. 11 - 20 lines $30 per month per line. 21+ lines $40 per month per line.

Are there any other fees I need to be aware of?

No. There are no hidden fees or costs. You pay for the base rate and your phone numbers. Usage is charged as incurred.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. You simply pay month-to-month and can cancel your service at any time before the next billing cycle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex. These payments can be made in seconds using our online payment tool.

My organization has a budget process. Can you help us with our submission?

Yes. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to apply for the needed approvals.

Do you offer an unlimited plan?

No. All accounts are pay-as-you-go and benefit from our low pricing. We can help put a package together if you require budget certainty. Please contact us.

Do you charge a fee for customer service?

No. All accounts provide Administrator’s with access to our friendly and helpful support team.

What if I need more than one phone line?

Additional phone lines (local and toll-free) can be purchased for between $20 and $40 per month per line. Contact us for details.

Can I keep my number if I deactivate my account?

Yes. Both local and toll-free numbers can be held indefinitely for $5 per month per line.
