Are there any other fees I need to be aware of?

No. There are no hidden fees or costs. For Teams, you pay the base rate and charges for your phone numbers. For Community, you pay the annual charge for numbers added to your account. Usage is charged as incurred.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. You simply pay month-to-month and can cancel your service at any time before the next billing cycle.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Amex. These payments can be made in seconds using our online payment tool or you can add a credit card for pre-authorized payments.

My organization has a budget process. Can you help us with our submission?

Yes. Please contact us and we’ll work with you to apply for the needed approvals.

Do you offer an unlimited plan with included usage?

No. All accounts are pay-as-you-go and benefit from our always low pricing. We can help put a package together if you require budget certainty. Please contact us.

Do you charge a fee for training and support?

No. All accounts provide Administrator’s with access to our friendly and helpful support team.

What if I need more than one phone line ?

Additional phone lines (local and toll-free) can be purchased for Connect Rocket Teams accounts for $20 per month per line. Contact us for details.

Can I keep my number if I deactivate my account?

Yes. Both local and toll-free numbers can be held indefinitely for $5 per month per line.
