Who Is Qualified?

Once this feature is configured, you can select critical qualifications, such as First Aid or CPR, that are required for your contacts to be marked as ‘On Duty’ in Connect Rocket. Contacts with expired qualifications in D4H will automatically be moved to an ‘Off Duty’ status and will no longer receive notifications—unless an Administrator manually overrides their status when sending a notification or starting a call.

This feature helps to prevent unqualified personnel from being dispatched, offering your organization valuable liability protection. It also encourages members to keep their qualifications up to date and motivates them to promptly address any lapses in critical qualifications that your team has identified as necessary for maintaining operational readiness.
